Saan Saan Candle Refilling Service

Hello! Thank you for your interest in reusing your old Saan Saan vessels. Here are the steps to request for a refill service:

1. Fill out the Candle Refilling Service form below.

2. Send your empties to this drop-off location:

21 San Rafael St, Kapitolyo

Please make sure that courier fees are already paid as your package will only be received by the building’s reception/guard. Please pack them well and label them with “REFILL” with your name as they can get mixed up with other packages. Instruct courier to call the number upon arrival for additional instructions.

3. The refill process can take up to 3-4 weeks from the date we receive your empty vessels. We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of the vessels, along with  an invoice for your refills. We will begin the refill process after payment is received.

The ff refill discounts apply per item: Php 40 for 8.4 oz amber jar, Php 30 for 3.3 oz amber jar, Php 550 for 400ml large concrete vessel. For other limited edition Saan Saan vessels, send us a message for the discount rate.

4. You will receive a confirmation email when your refilled candles are shipping or ready for pickup.
