 Simbang Gabi brings in memories of waking up before the sun rises to hear the dawn masses leading to Christmas Day. Inspired by the smell of coffee, hot chocolate, puto bumbong, bibingka, the distinctly festive smell of burnt banana leaves and the cool wind of amihan, we have just bottled Paskong Pinoy.
