SAAN SAAN is a small business that produces handmade products in small batches. We strive to fulfill all orders in a prompt and timely manner. We appreciate your understanding if in some cases there are delays in processing your order, especially during high-volume seasons.
Where do you ship?
We can ship our products nationwide (Philippines) and to the following international destinations:
Asia - Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, United Arab Emirates
North America - United States of America, Canada
Oceania - Australia, New Zealand
Europe - Spain, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Norway

What types of shipping methods do you offer?
Pickup: You may choose Pickup upon checkout, if you wish to have your order picked up by you or by an on-demand courier that you prefer, schedule and pay for. Same-day pickup is possible if your order is placed before 6PM. Our shop is located in Kapitolyo, Pasig City, where all pickups are collected from. The complete details will be sent to you by email when your order is ready for pickup.
Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped from our studio within 2-3 days. For domestic orders, we ship via GoGoExpress. Shipping notifications will be relayed via your stated email address, alongside tracking information once the order ships out. You may access GoGoExpress' tracking page in the provided link. International orders are shipped via FedEx. The quoted rate seen at checkout may be adjusted further. Shipping updates will will be relayed via your stated email address, alongside tracking information once the order ships. Please do note that delays on the part of the courier, especially due to service alerts, are not within the control of SAAN SAAN.
