On Shipping and Delivery
Coverage: We ship within the Philippines and select international locations.
Lead Times: While we aim for prompt delivery, SAAN SAAN is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or natural calamities (force majeure).
Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and confirmed via email (in the case of international shipping). These are non-refundable once the item has been dispatched.
On Payments and Billing
We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayMongo, PayPal, etc). By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
On Returns and Refunds
Our policy regarding returns and exchanges is governed by Philippine consumer protection laws. We offer all customers a period of seven (7) days after receipt to reach us for any concerns regarding exchanges and compromised goods. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if no proof of payment and defect is presented to us upon request.
